Popis: | With the development of high precision, high power density, miniaturization, lightweight and integration of the motor, the internal heat generation of the motor increases sharply and the effective heat dissipation space is seriously insufficient. Temperature rise caused by motor loss is the main factor to determine the motor quota. Based on the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer mechanism of Fluent, the temperature distribution characteristics of the motor under natural cooling and forced air cooling were studied in a 1.8KW permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the prototype was made for further experiments. The simulation results were close to the experimental results, and the accuracy was verified. |
