Preeclampsia is characterized by arterial hypertension in the pregnant patient that can condition the affection to a target organ. It is considered one of the main causes of morbi maternal-fetal mortality, affecting approximately between 3 to 8% of pregnancies at the world. Due to its relevance, there are currently screening and risk assessment methods to know if a patient can present this pathology. (1) Currently aspirin is a drug used worldwide for its anti-inammatory and antiaggregant activity platelet, so since the 70's its consumption was proposed as a method of prevention for preeclampsia.
