Popis: | This paper presents a CAD software which uses a methodology to resize the induction motor (IM) winding, by increasing the number of parallel conductors as a means of increasing the efficiency. Such winding resize does not change the shape of the core and slots. Here, parallel conductors with smaller diameters are utilized in the chorded coils. As result, the efficiency and the cost for the resized IM are presented and discussed. |
