The purpose of the work was to develop a set of measures for the company's entry into the international market, as the basis for the effective development of LLC Teremok-Russian Pancakes. The work was carried out on the basis / on the materials of the entrepreneurial activity of the company LLC "Teremok - Russian Pancakes", focused on the international market. The subject of the bachelor's final qualifying work is the development of a strategy for the entry of a catering company into the Uzbek market.Methods: SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, classification, business process modeling, forecasting based on the analysis of retrospective data, project management methods, expert evaluation, expert evaluation processing, data collection, analysis and processing, concepts, indicative infographics (lists, tables, figures, comparison of indicators), methods for evaluating project performance indicators, project risk assessment.Main results of the work:- the complex characteristic of the activity of the company "Teremok - Russian pancakes" LLC is analyzed;- the investment attractiveness of the Uzbek market has been revealed;- the possible strategies of the company's entry into the international market are analyzed and the main one is selected;- A phased strategy has been developed for the entry of LLC Teremok â Russian Pancakes into the Tashkent market. The scope of application of the results of the FQW: the use of research results in the activities of the object company and the possibility of scaling a strategic decision.Conclusions. The tasks of the FQW have been solved, the goal has been achieved. As a result of the study, an action plan was developed for the entry of the analyzed catering company into the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of the joint venture strategy. |
