Popis:	Currently, the state of public health in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries is characterized by negative natural growth, high mortality and disability. There is a decrease in specific gravity and a sharp increase in the number of chronic non-communicable diseases. With age, the proportion of people suffering from chronic non-communicable diseases increases significantly compared to the young. At the same time society is becoming a significant proportion of persons of elderly and senile age. In the current environment increases the importance of health services, which are not only curative but also preventive, sanogenic orientation and focused on helping individuals of older age groups.
