Popis: Summary 1. Two churns from commercial creameries were studied to determine the presence of mold. 2. Molds of several types were found in various places in both churns, especially in Churn A, which had been known to be giving trouble. 3. The genera of molds present in the churns are listed. 4. It is shown that the churn may be an important source of mold in butter.
