Popis: Introduction: It made comparative study of the influence of T waves Over Sensing (TWO) in implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) of diferrent manufacturer because the generation of TWO was a cause of improper operation. And a lot of TWO in the Brugada syndrome were especially reported. Methods: To ICD of Medtronic (MED), Boston (BOS), St Jude Medical (SJM), SORIN (SOR), BIOTRONIK (BIO) aircraft Simulator connected. R wave height value is fixed on 10 mV or 5 mV, and T wave output from 1 mV to 10 mV by 1 mV incremented, simultaneously QT interval from 200 ms to 500 ms by 100 ms extended made. The ICD setting was assumed Mode VVI, and assumed sensitivity to be Nominal. Results: In QRS 10 mV MED of 6 mV–200 ms, and SJM 9 mV–300 ms, BIO 7 mV–300 ms, BOS 8 mV–500 ms in the SOR cannot be granted, but in QRS 5 mV of QT interval 400 ms, all devices encounters TWO. Conclusions: By sensing filters are different in each company, on the occurrence of TWO was a difference of thought, also, Mind wave height value is low seemed to have value as TWO is likely to arise from detention during read mind wave height value is important, and it occurs also familiarize yourself with how to avoid the device.
