The article presents results of the operation of cluster and modular system of psychiatric care in Moscow for the studied period (2017), operating on the basis of one of the psychiatric institutions — Psychiatric clinical hospital №13 of the Moscow Healthcare Department. Advantages of this organizational form in comparison with hospital treatment are determined: reduced treatment period, proximity, relatively fast adaptation of the patients. Attention is drawn to the need to improve interaction between units of the cluster and modular system, ensuring continuity in their work. |
