Popis: | This paper proposes an evaluation model and implementation of battery energy storage power station (BESPS) for compound value mining in different operational scenarios. First of all, starting from the multiple single operation functions of energy storage, mining its direct benefits, indirect benefits, and even negative benefits, and establishing the operation scene vector, operation parameter vector and composite of the energy storage power station for the operation rules of the source, grid, load and power system The correlation relationship of the benefit vector, a comprehensive evaluation model for battery energy storage power stations is proposed; on the conventional analytic hierarchy process structure composed of the target layer, the standard layer, and the decision-making layer, the condition layer and the compound operation benefit evaluation layer are added, and the scenario compound benefit is proposed. Three index groups with a certain hierarchical relationship, including comprehensive system benefits, commercialized operational benefits, etc., can not only support comprehensive and systematic evaluation, but also meet the preferences of different evaluators, and have a certain versatility; through actual case calculations. The versatility and effectiveness of the method are verified. |
