Popis: | The peculiarities of the Sertoli’s and Leidig’s cells ultrastructure changes that are playing main role in the spermatogenesis violations owing to serotonin hydrochloride destructive affect has been studied. It has been determined that serotonin hydrochloride subcutaneous introduction in dose of 5 mg/kg during 14 days led to Sertoli’s and Leidig’s rats cells ultrastructure violations. The basis of these violations should be considered to be the mitochondrial crists and diaphragmatic destruction. Those changes lead to the power supply deficiency of the synthetic and reparative intracellular processes. Serotonin hydrochloride disturbs the metabolism of the rat’s testicles supporting epitheliocytes and endocrinocytes. The synthetic and reparative activities are dramatically decreased, that is structurally confirmed by fragmentation of the endoplasmic system diaphragms, by decreasing of the ribosome’s, polysome’s and secretory granules amount, by increasing of the secondary lisosome’s amount and by reduction of Goldgi’s cytoplasic complex. |
