Popis: | This article describes plants designed to inject working fluids for cementing oil and gas wells, hydraulic stratum fracturing, and hydrosand jet perforation as well as for acid treatment of the critical zone and flushing of sand plugs. The power needed for mortar injection for cementing 1500-2500-m-deep wells is 200-450 kW and for 5000-7000-m-deep wells, 500-900 kW. Higher powers are needed for hydraulic stratum fracturing. The pumping plant tanks from which the fluids are drawn (measuring tank, cement mortar tank, etc.) should be placed above the pumps. The pump design should provide scopes for using several hydraulic blocks differing in the pluger size, which will make it possible to standardize capacity with different maximum feeds and pressures. New pumping plants are now under development in the Azerbaidzhan Scientific-Research Institute of Petroleum Machinery. |
