Popis: | Eucryptite and eucryptite-zirconia composite powders were prepared employing an aqueous sol-gel technique where lithium formate, aluminium formate, zirconium formate and tetraethoxy silane were used as starting materials in aqueous medium. The gels prepared by this method were calcined at different temperatures ranging from 500–800°C for 2 h and characterized by XRD, thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy and TEM. |
