Popis:	Surface plasmon metal-elastomer nanostructures are actively tuned by stretching mechanically-tuneable elastomeric films. Tuneable plasmonic resonances and unusual inter-particle coupling are experimentally demonstrated. Such structures are highly suitable for developing optimal Raman and fluorescence sensors.
