Popis: | We developed high-power diode-pumped Nd: YAG 1.064 μm laser with pulse duration of 100 ps, energy of 360 mJ, pulse repetition rate of 200 Hz and divergence of laser radiation at the level 1.3 of diffraction limit. 72%-efflciency of second harmonic generation of the laser output was obtained. |
