The topic of the final qualifying work: "Competitive intelligence in the system of economic security of the enterprise (on the example of LLC "Lenta")". The subject of the work is competitive intelligence in the system of economic security. The purpose of this work is to study competitive intelligence in the economic security system and to develop and develop proposals for improving competitive intelligence on the example of Lenta LLC. To achieve this goal, a study of the theoretical aspects of competitive intelligence was conducted, the competitive intelligence of a particular enterprise was evaluated by analyzing economic indicators and financial situation; proposals aimed at improving competitive intelligence were developed and their economic justification was given. The work was carried out on the Lenta LLC database. The following methods were used in the study: source analysis, measurement, comparison, study and generalization of information, modeling and classification. Based on the results of the work, the financial condition of Lenta LLC was determined, the probability of bankruptcy and due diligence was carried out, recommendations were given to improve competitive intelligence and increase competitiveness in the organization. |
