Popis: Reports of studies of factors affecting the sensitivity or agglutinability of Brucella abortus plate antigens may be divided into two parts: (1) Studies on the variations in antigenic properties of different strains of Brucella abortus, and (2) studies of the factors affecting the sensitivity of antigens prepared by different methods, starting with cultures showing constant antigenic properties. It is the latter phase of this problem with which this communication is concerned.
