Popis: | This article presents the models and methods for organization of virtual community life cycle. Organization of virtual community life cycle is necessary for the successful and effective creation of the virtual community. The virtual life cycle model of the virtual community based on analysis of the life cycles of related branches of knowledge, information content and users by including in the model a number of special stages and directions of virtual community life cycle organization is developed. This model helps structure the project execution challenges faced by developers of virtual communities. A model for organizing the life cycle of a virtual community based on Petri network is developed. Model to map the links between elements and improve the organization of parallel life cycle processes is used for improving the effectiveness of community management. The method of formation of planned indicators is developed, and formal criteria for the identification of critical and important indicators are constructed to prevent an imbalance during the formation of a planned indicator of the tasks of the virtual community life cycle organization. The developed models and methods reduce the number of executors, financial and time costs, and improve the overall process of creating a virtual community. |
