Popis:	Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Организация системы обеспечения экономической безопасности компании (на примере ООО «Пивоваренная компания «Балтика»)». Данная работа посвящена разработке предложений и рекомендаций по повышению эффективности системы обеспечения экономической безопасности ООО «Пивоваренная компания «Балтика» на основе оценки эффективности существующей системы. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¸ÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ:– описание организационной Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ компании; – анализ экономического и финансового состояния компании; – оценка рисков компании; – оценка экономической безопасности предприятия; – разработка предложений и рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы экономической безопасности. На основе проведенного анализа внутренней и внешней среды определены основные требования к контрольной среде компании, выявлены и сформулированы основные риски деятельности компании, а также проведена оценка уровня экономической безопасности компании на основе применяемой методики.Также оценена эффективность системы обеспечения экономической безопасности компании по основным направлениям деятельности с последующим предложением мер по повышению эффективности данной системы. The topic of the final qualification work: «Organization of the system for ensuring the economic security of the company (on the example of «Baltika» Brewing Company LLC»)».This work is devoted to the development of proposals and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the economic security system of «Baltika» Brewing Company LLC» based on an assessment of the effectiveness of the existing system.Tasks that were solved in the framework of the study:– description of the organizational characteristics of the company; – analysis of the economic and financial condition of the company; – company risk assessment; – assessment of the economic security of the enterprise; – development of proposals and recommendations for improving the system of economic security. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, the main requirements for the company's control environment were determined, the main risks of the company's activities were identified and formulated, and the level of economic security of the company was assessed based on the applied methodology. The effectiveness of the system for ensuring the economic security of the company in the main areas of activity was also evaluated, followed by a proposal for measures to improve the efficiency of this system.
