Popis: | Some novel 1,3,8-triazaspiro[4.5]decan-4-one urea derivatives were constructed under ultrasound-assisted synthesis method by the reacting of 1-phenyl-1,3,8-triazaspiro[4.5]decan-4-one with different substituted isocyanates. This method has providing environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, short reaction time and greater selectivity under ambient conditions. The synthesized derivatives were characterized by various spectral data such as FTIR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis. |
