Popis:	Alternative dispute resolution is growing significantly as an alternative to judicial processes. Historically and presently mediation has been used all over the world. Popular dissatisfaction with the administration of justice was at a fever pitch by the end of the 19th century. During the last forty years, mediation has increasingly become a fixture in both the United States and European legal systems. Mediation allows disputants to resolve disputes faster and cheaper than litigation. As a result of these advantages, disputants utilize mediation in a wide variety of contexts and settings.
