ÐÑбÑанное обоÑÑдование и ÑваÑоÑнÑе маÑеÑÐ¸Ð°Ð»Ñ ÑдовлеÑвоÑÑÑÑ ÑÑебованиÑм ÑÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑеÑкого пÑоÑеÑÑа. The subject of the graduate qualification work is: «Research of arc welding technology and weldability of gas pipelines made of duplex stainless steels».The research work considers the technology of welding and control of gas pipelines made of duplex stainless steels. Four methods of welding duplex stainless steels analyzed. Tasks of the graduate qualification work:â analysis of scientific and technical information on the weldability of duplex stainless steels used in the construction of gas pipelines;â analysis of potential welding methods;â the choice of the most productive welding methods, which should be optimized for the features of consider welding gas pipeline.As the base metal for the fabrication of the gas pipeline, was chosen steel grade «UNS32205». This steel has higher strength, which reduces the weight of workpiece. The yield strength of duplex steel is 2-3 times higher than austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. Compared of austenitic stainless steels, it has higher resistance to stress corrosion cracking and has better toughness than ferritic stainless steels. It also welds well without limitation in a wide range of welding. Furthermore, at low temperatures until -80°C, steel has the best impact strength and high mechanical characteristics, which reduces the metal consumption of the structure.As the main welding method, was chosen gas tungsten arc welding with solid wire ESAB OK Autrod 2209. The selected equipment and welding consumables satisfy the requirements of the technological process. |
