EATRIS-Plus is a flagship project aiming to consolidate our infrastructure’s capacities in the field of personalised medicine (PM). One of our aims is to promote and expand our training opportunities and deliver new educational events and content to better serve our research community. Task 7.3 foresees the delivery of three iterations of Summer School of Translational Medicine (TM) that focus on how translational medicine can be used for Personalised Medicine applications. Due to the pandemic the planned 5-day full time F2F program had to be adapted considering the new virtual format. The curriculum addresses key topics linked to PM including omics-based strategies, biomarkers, patient stratification, electronic health records, data access and sharing, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, quality and reproducibility, animal and non-animal models, and patient engagement. |
