Popis: | Self sensing algorithms are an important research focus to lower cost or increase robustness providing a position sensor backup. This paper focuses on adapting a sliding mode observer for a small electric truck. A simple phase voltage calculation is introduced to lower sensor count to reduce cost and improve reliability. An advanced simulation is used to shorten development and tuning time. Finally the algorithm is tested on a prototype drive setup in laboratory conditions. |
