Popis:	A series of 7-substituted phenyl-9-phenyl-1H-[1,4]diazepino[2,3-g]quinoxaline-2,3(4H,6H)-dione (SK1-SK9) was synthesized by the reaction of 6,7-diaminoquinoxaline-2,3(1H,4H)-dione 3 with substituted chalcone with good yield and characterized by elemental and spectral analysis (IR, 1H NMR, Mass). The synthesized compounds were screened for analgesic activity by tail immersion method. The results revealed that the compound SK6 was significant from this series.
