Popis: | The aim of this research was to identify the soil microbe communities from various uses and land use changes in Tutur village. Soil samples were collected using standard methods and soil physico-chemical and biological properties were examined. The results of this study showed that low-input environments (coffee garden) show a more stable soil bacterial community than horticultural cultivation with human input (apple orchards and vegetable gardens) and showed that the bacterial community capable of soil nitrogen transforming differs in line with changes in land use. |
