On reconstruction of inputs in a system with time delay

Popis:	The problem of reconstruction of an unknown control through inac- curate measurement of current phase state for a system with time delay is considered. A procedure for solving the problem is suggested. This procedure is stable with respect to informational and computational er- rors and is based on the well-known in the theory of positional control method of extremal shift.
