| Popis: | A case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis of the spine causing myeloradiculopathy is reported. Almost complete regression of symptoms and signs was observed in the patient after surgical treatment and radiotherapy. The clinical and histological features of the disease are discussed. The literature dealing with the previously reported cases of spinal histiocytosis involving neural structures is reviewed. |
