Popis:	Soil and ground water underneath the zinc production plant of Budelco (The Netherlands) are contaminated with heavy metals and sulphate. To avoid contamination of nearby drinking water aquifers in the distant future, a Geohydrological Control System (GCS) and a treatment plant for the extracted contaminated ground water have been developed.
