Popis:	This article examines specific interventions for children and adolescents with learning disabilities. A multimodal and multidisciplinary approach to treatment is emphasized. Although parent and child education is a central component to treatment, psychodynamic and family-based treatment also can play a prominent role. Behavioral approaches and social skills training can address the behavioral excesses and interpersonal difficulties that are often associated with a child’s learning problems.
