Popis: | In this paper a highly sensitive Photonic Crystal based sensor has been demonstrated. A theoretical analysis has been accomplished for Formaldehyde-Water mixture. In addition the influence of geometric variation has also been investigated. The numerical analysis of the proposed sensor is computed using Full Vector Finite Element Method. The proposed sensor shows comparatively higher relative sensitivity and lower confinement loss. |
