Popis: | The proposed work has survey the available video coding optimization techniques. Recent techniques SHVC-scalable high frequency video coding and the HEVC-highly efficient video coding are the two important features for analyzing the video coding stsandard for the improvement in video data compression. optimization process witht the rate distortion (RDO) is the most significant process to deploy the best performance. By using rate distotrtion theory with lossy coding approach, RDO can deploy more information and it will be optimized by using lagrange multiplier and quantiation techniques. The temporal connection between the distortion and bit rate of H.265/HECV video coder provides better efficiency with the random acces configuration. The gaps are identified for each paper, which could be an enhancing tool for algorithm generation or data set development for benchmark analysis. |
