Popis: A time-triggered scheduling mechanism called Time-Aware Shaper (TAS) is one of IEEE802.1 Standards and has a parameter, which is called Gate Control List (GCL), to control for each class of stream or traffic. QoS will be degraded if the implementer of TAS does not use an appropriate value of the GCL. This paper studies the effect of the GCL on QoS over a network which supports TAS to search an appropriate value of the GCL.
