Popis:	The purpose of the article is to study the most common approaches to the implementation of a comprehensive assessment of the degree of human capital development at the national level. Thus it is proved that a prerequisite you must possess a valid characterization of the category "human capital" is the presence in its framework guid-ance on the systematic and comprehensive human capital and the postulation of its use in the reproduction pro-cess, because this circumstance allows capitalization of human potential.
