Nanophotonic crystals and their varieties — metallo-photonic and magnetophotonic structures have unique characteristics. Study of their electrodynamic peculiarities is related to requirements of plasmonic resonances origination and possibilities of optical radiation transmission through photonic nanostructures, containing metal inclusions. Investigation of nanophotonic structures with dynamic in homogeneities, using interacting of electronic fluxes with wave processes in rigid (solid) bodies, properties of semiconductors, dielectrics, magnetics and superconductors, in magnetic and electric fields, is important component of sub-THz and THz electronics engineering. The diffraction problem for three-layer nanostructure is explored in-process; differential equation for observed configuration of crystal lattice cell is received. Influence of light on reversing magnetisation properties of nanophotonic structures and possibilities of using of microstructured or photonic crystal fiber is explored. |
