Popis: The 253.7-nanometer mercury lamp is a hybrid design. It incorporates and combines the best features from the low and medium pressure mercury lamps. Its spectral radiant flux, equal to six of the conventional low pressure bactericidal lamps, was accomplished by maximizing the electron gas temperature. Particularly well-suited for photochemical applications, it was also found to be superior to the medium pressure lamp in terms of efficiency, system cost, and performance in certain applications.
