Popis:	In recent years, hospitals explore new segments in their service models to penetrate market strategies: they pursue various service models as guiding principle to pave way for growth; even(though) they do not promise desired outcomes. This paper addresses the issue of economies of scale of diversification and its related challenges to human resources for benchmarking. The study explores – to what extent service models diversification tactics increase the growth of a hospital. In a small empirical study of the Sarvodya Hospital and Research Centre, Haryana, India, the study demonstrates that the service diversification points out that the creation of a cost-effective service models desires the exploration and maturity of expertise and reasonable experience in organizational re-structuring.
