Popis:	An experiment is described in which two avalanche oscillators are frequency locked through signal injection but not phase locked. Shift in the relative phase of the microwave output of each oscillator can be accomplished electronically by bias current variation. Practical ranges of phase shift with small change in output power are shown to be possible.
