Popis: The application of computer based simulation is coming more and more popular these days. With the help of many simulation software, the designers can foresee the outcomes and then reduce the costs, satisfy the technical design in advance. The developments in computational science recently are really significant for various discipline applications. This paper shows the natural ventilation simulations for high rise and factory buildings using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to solve the unable solving obstacles by using traditional calculations. The forty stories, high rise building equipped with air cooled condensers faces to the heat dissipation. In general, the solution for sustainable design now can be achieved using the similar methodology. In this paper, the simulation results for the real problem, real project in Hochiminh City are shown and contribute significantly to solve the technical issues facing in real project.
