Popis: | A fluid-bed cat cracker has been operating as a component of the GK-3 complex of the Angarsk Petrochemical Company (a joint stock company) since 1968. The feed to this unit, a vacuum distillate from low-sulfur West Siberian crude, has the following physicochemical characteristics: density 890-895 kg/m{sup 3} at 20{degrees}C; 15-20% by volume distilling below 360{degrees}C; end point 480-490{degrees}C; Conradson carbon residue below 0.1% by weight; sulfur content 0.85% by weight; heavy metals content (vanadium plus nickel) less than 4 mg/kg. In order to increase the efficiency and improve the operating reliability of the cat cracker in the GK-3 complex, VNII NP, together with the Angarsk Petrochemical Company, developed a comprehensive program for reconstruction in two successive stages. |
