Popis: Marketers are interested in the characteristics of consumers. Frequently, they possess knowledge concerning demographic traits of customers so that they can channel their efforts to those who might be most receptive to their products. In addition to gathering demographic information, suppliers can also consider consumers' situational attributes. Situational attributes were first reported by Belk (1974, 1975).
