Popis: | The results have been obtained by flow cytometry showed the significant raise of fluorescence intensity of Yersinia pestis EV cells binding FITC-labelled plague polyclonal immunoglobins after 24 h cultivation in Hottinger broth pH 7.2 at 37 °C in the presence of increasing concentration serotonin (5-Hydroxytryptamine). The presence of serotonin (5-HT) in nutrient broth at concentration of 10 -5 M, 10 -8 M could modulate DNA content in 37 °C growing population of plague microbe. The effect of this action depended of 5-HT concentration. |
