The impact of migration processes on the economic development of the country

Popis: Объектом исследования является международная трудовая миграция и миграционная политика стран мира. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является изучение Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð°ÑÐ¿ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² и предоставление Ð¿Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐºÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ð´Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ по совершенствованию управления миграционной политикой стран мира. При помощи формулы, которая описывает влияние международной трудовой миграции на макропоказатели страны-экспортера Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð², были спрогнозированы перспективы влияния международной трудовой миграции на экономику Украины в 2018-2021 гг. Были выполнены прогнозы изменения количества Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² и объема Ñ‡Ð°ÑÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² в перерасчете на одного мигранта до 2021 года. Была спрогнозирована численность Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ð»ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² до 2021 года на основе расчета параметров линейного тренда. При помощи мета-аналитического Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° к определению влияния Ð¼Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð² на экономическое состояние страны-реципиента был выполнен прогноз количества мигрантов, Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð² сферы экономической деятельности Украины. Были разработаны меры для совершенствования миграционной политики Украины. Внедрение Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€ позволит снизить отток Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ð»ÑƒÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² из Украины и улучшить миграционную политику страны в целом.
The international labor migration and migration policy of the world is the object of research. The purpose of the graduation qualification thesis is to study the theoretical aspects and to provide practical recommendations for improving the world migration policy control. There were predicted the prospects of international labour migration impact on the Ukrainian economy till 2021 using a formula, which describes the international labor migration impact on the macro indicators of the country-exporter of labor resources. There were made forecasts of changes in the number of migrant workers and in the volume of private transfers per migrant until 2021. There was predicted the number of intellectual migrants up to 2021 based on the linear trend parameters calculation. There was made the forecast of the number of migrants involved in the sphere of Ukrainian economic activity by applying the meta-analytical approach to determining the impact of migration flows on the recipient country economic state. There have been developed some measures in order to improve the Ukrainian migration policy. The implementation of the proposed strategic measures will reduce the outflow of intellectual migrants from Ukraine and to improve the migration policy of the country as a whole.
