Popis:	Pulmonary metastases were first noted in a 47-year-old man, 15 months after a radical right nephrectomy and local radiotherapy. They progressed over the subsequent ten months despite progestagen administration. But they regressed slowly after the progestagen had been discontinued so that eight months later they were no longer demonstrable radiologically. The remission has so far persisted for 3 1/2 years.
