Popis:	The article discloses the experience of the institution of social services in creating a complex rehabilitation model in the combination of three types of services: rehabilitation therapy, social and labor adaptation, occupational adaptation. The article reviews such matters as Human Resources Management, organization of the interaction with disabled people and monitoring their satisfaction through the creation of a Quality Management System in accordance with international standards ISO 9001.
