Popis:	An anusual case of cardiac arrhythmia is presented which shows sino-auricular block of varying degrees, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1, almost complete A-V dissociation without primary A-V block, nodal escapement, aberrant conduction, and sinus arrhythmia with shifting pacemaker. This case illustrates the advantages of the method of analysis developed in this laboratory in aiding the interpretation of such cases.
