Popis:	The purpose of this study is to investigate potential antecedents of professional identification and organisational identification in healthcare employees. It will be examined whether appreciation from the supervisor, colleagues and patients relate to higher social identification levels. In addition, it will be investigated whether higher work-related social identification relates to work-related outcomes, such as employees' intention to work more hours.
