The dynamics performance of rail vehicle such as riding comfortable and passing ability is mainly determined by the parameters of rail vehicle suspension systems. Because of low constant self-vibration frequency, good road friendliness, adjustable stiffness and controllable damping, the air spring is widely used in the second suspension system of the rail vehicle. In recent years, the semi-active control of air spring has become a kind of new technology in the domain of rolling car body. In this paper, semi-active control air spring suspension is introduced. A semi-active control system for adjusting air spring damping is put forward, the air spring tests results demonstrate that this system reduced vibrations and noise in the vehicle car body. An adaptive control rule is used. Adaptive control rule can adjust its characters by getting information from outside environment. An adaptive filtering scheme is used in this paper to cancel vibration and noise. |
