Popis:	Using the Leuckart–Wallach reaction, novel conformationally flexible structural analogs of Bromantane drug have been synthesized from 3-haloadamantane-1-carbaldehydes. Basic hydrolysis of the prepared compounds has been studied as a model of one of the pathways of their transformations in vivo.
