Popis: | We propose and investigate a communications scheme for exploiting multiple Amplify and Forward (AF) relays using the principle of energy recycling. For this scheme, we consider concurrent use of the multiple relays, and study the problem of rate-optimal beamformer design, presenting a new algorithmic solution. We formulate this problem as a Quadratically Constrained Quadratic Ratio (QCQR) programming problem that can be solved exploiting convex optimization techniques. By means of simulations we assess the performance of the proposed solution. Our analysis shows that significant performance improvements can be achieved as compared to single relay solutions. |
