Popis: Tin oxide (SnO 2 ), Zinc Oxide (ZnO) and their composites were used to fabricate gas sensors (electronic nose) for sensing methanol, ethanol and other hydrocarbons. The sensitivity behavior of the electronic nose was studied in detail and a power model has been developed. The sensitivity shows a power law dependence with the gas concentration and exponential dependence with the temperature.
